Nov 22, 2019 I tried, Line6 Monkey installs, but won't run because its built for 32 bit and my Mac OS is the latest, which only supports 64bit apps. I installed the driver manually, which 'works', however the Line 6 X3 Live is not found in Mac OSX Catalina, and I can't record any audio through Ableton, it also doesn't come up as a device. May 23, 2020 POD Go does not need a driver to work with your Mac; just plug in and go. However, it is currently limited to a sample rate of 48kHz. Line 6 is working carefully with Apple and will provide a driver that supports sample rates up to 96kHz.

If an app isn't working as you expect
After you upgrade macOS, you might find that some third-party apps don't work or act as you expect. An app might not open, run, or install, even if you try to reinstall it.
You might see this issue if:

- Your Mac has software installed on it that's known to be incompatible with your new macOS version. This software is placed in an Incompatible Software folder during the upgrade process.
- Your Mac has software installed on it that conflicts with updates to System Integrity Protection in macOS High Sierra.
Make sure that you have the latest version
Sometimes updating the software on a Mac can take a Very. You may be confronted by what looks like a frozen update, but if you leave it for a few hours it could finally get to the end.
If an app doesn’t work after you upgrade, make sure that you have the latest version:
- Check for an updated version of the app that is compatible with your new OS. Apps in the Mac App Store list their compatibility and system requirements on their product pages.
- Find out whether the app developer has a new version or plans to release a new version of the app that is compatible with your new OS.
Is your Mac up to date with the latest version of the Mac operating system (macOS or OS X)? Is it using the version required by some other product that you want to use with your Mac? Which versions are earlier (older) or later (newer, more recent)? To find out, learn which version is installed now.
If your macOS isn't up to date, you may be able to update to a later version.
Which macOS version is installed?
From the Apple menu in the corner of your screen, choose About This Mac. You should see the macOS name, such as macOS Mojave, followed by its version number. If you need to know the build number as well, click the version number to see it.
This example shows macOS Catalina version 10.15 build 19A583.

These are all Mac operating systems, starting with the most recent. When a major new macOS is released, it gets a new name, such as macOS Catalina. As updates that change the macOS version number become available, this article is updated to show the latest version of that macOS.
If your Mac is using an earlier version of any Mac operating system, you should install the latest Apple software updates, which can include important security updates and updates for the apps that are installed by macOS, such as Safari, Books, Messages, Mail, Music, Calendar, and Photos.
