Apr 17, 2017 The activity app is not updating on my watch or phone. I have tried all of the steps I've read online so far, checking setting and turning both on and off. The health app tracks my movement yet it doesn't match the activity app. I even set a work out using the workout app and it didn't make a difference on the activity app. May 04, 2015 Open the Activity app on Apple Watch. Swipe left to the 'Move, Exercise, and Stand' screen and tap Get Started. Enter your personal information (gender, age, weight, and height).
This short article explains how you can troubleshoot when the Activity app is not working properly. The Activity app on your iPhone lets you view your activity progress and history.
With the Activity app, you can track your activity and progress, so that you can optimize your workouts. The data that your Apple Watch collects should sync automatically and wirelessly with your iPhone. Sometimes you may start having problems. Sometimes you may notice that the Activity App is not working correctly. Sometimes sync may fail. If your activity isn’t syncing, meaning the Activity app on your iPhone is not updating; try the following troubleshooting steps.
